Building a home without a license can result in a fine up to $5,000 or imprisonment by the Mississippi Board of Contractors.
To report an unlicensed builder, call the number above and speak with a home builder representative. We will report the information to the Mississippi Board of Contractors, and keep your name confidential.

We need the following information for the Board of Contractors to begin an investigation:
1. Name of the builder and/or building company.
2. The address where the alleged fraud is occurring.
3. Any other information on the builder.
